Has anyone heard about Emmanuel Negedu? Doug Gottlieb has blogged on ESPN that Negedu has asked out of his LOI to Arizona. Negedue is a highly rated PF for the 2008 class. He is a bit short, but not as short as Mike White and with better athleticism.

Has Negedu expressed interest in becoming a Hoosier, or are you just saying, "Hey, look what may be available"?

Because it would be fantastic to get him and Sutton.

Also, a source told me that there is some interest by Negedu in IU, and vice versa. But, as you know, situations like this tend to put everybody on edge. You know, because sometimes these things look like they might be orchestrated. So everyone will be careful about what they say concerning this issue until Negedu has his release in hand.

We are Indiana. It will never be so bad that we at least don't have a shot at the NIT.

I see the undecided Latavious Williams still lists Indiana as one of his possible choices on a very short list. Anyone know much about that situation? He's 6'-8" and ranked 51st on scout.com, that would help in the paint.

Well it looks like Negedu has his release in hand, so Crean needs to snap him up quick. Are you going to get info from Crean on the situation, and when? It's hard to blame the kid for wanting to leave Arizona though that place looks about as stable as we did in February last year.
