Omar,

I am just a huge Indiana Basketball fan who spent the first 30 years of my life thinking that Bob Knight would be coach of the Hoosiers until the day he died, it was all I knew. Miles Brand caused my world to come crashing down around me. What a shame. The past few years have been strange. I have found myself cheering for Texas Tech, Iowa and New Mexico as much as I have cheered for Indiana.
I am excited for the new start we are getting with Coach Crean and our new team. I feel like Indiana Basketball and what it stands for has finally found its way home since it was run out of town along with Coach Knight. Remember when Mike Davis tried to take away the candy striped pants? He should have been fired on the spot. And Kelvin Sampson.......don't get me started.
If we can't have Coach Knight, then I feel like we have finally made a good choice. Good luck Coach Crean and long live the General.
